Working Principle Description:
PSA oxygen generator is an automatic equipment which takes zeolite molecular sieve as adsorbent and air as the raw material. Through different pressure, the gas will be adsorbed and released so as to separate oxygen and nitrogen. Nitrogen is preferentially adsorbed in zeolite molecular sieve and oxygen is enriched in the gas phase to form finished oxygen.
Usually, it needs two towers in the process and one is for adsorption, the other one is for desorption and regeneration. Also, PLC program controller is used to control the opening and closing of pneumatic valve to make the two towers circulate alternately, so as to obtain higher purity oxygen (93%±3).
