Working Principle Description:
Oxygen production equipment is based on pressure swing adsorption technology (PSA), using high-quality zeolite molecular sieve as adsorbent to directly separate nitrogen from compressed air to extract oxygen. Under the action of pressure, the adsorption rate of nitrogen in zeolite micropores is much higher than that of oxygen in zeolite micropores.
When the adsorption does not reach equilibrium, oxygen is enriched in the gas phase to form finished oxygen. After decompression to atmospheric pressure, the adsorbent desorbs the adsorbed nitrogen and other impurities to realize regeneration. In the system, there are two adsorption towers, one for oxygen production and the other for desorption and regeneration. PLC program controller is used to control the opening and closing of pneumatic valve, so that the two towers can work alternately and continuously to produce high-quality oxygen.
