Working Principle Description:
The raw material will be compressed by the air compressor, this process is aimed to remove dust, oil and dry. After this process, the gas will enter into air storage tank. Then it will pass through left inlet valve into left adsorption tower. At the same time, the pressure of this tower will be increased and the N2 in compressed air will be adsorbed by zeolite molecular sieve. The oxygen which is not adsorbed will penetrate the adsorbent bed and goes into oxygen buffer tank through outlet valve. It is called adsorbed process. After adsorption, the two adsorption towers are connected by equalizing valve to keep balance between them. This process is equalizing pressure. After equalizing, the compressed air will enter into the right adsorption tower by the right inlet valve and repeat the adsorption process. Meanwhile, the nitrogen in left adsorption tower will be released into air through left outlet valve and the molecular sieve will be regenerated. This is desorption process. When the left adsorption tower is absorbing, the right one is desorbing. If the adsorption of right tower is finished, it will go into equalizing process. Then it will switch into left adsorption tower. After the recycled process, the oxygen will be produced continuously.
